Registered Nurse
The Role:
Joining our Clinical Team as a Registered Nurse, you will provide clinical oversight to a team of enrolled nurses, offering clinical care to a diverse range of clients, including seniors, with the potential to provide brokered services to external stakeholders. Additionally, you will;
Provide support to the Clinical Services Manager
Ongoing care and review of client clinical needs and progress in line with their personal goals and health care needs
Ensure appropriate consultation with relevant stakeholders
Maintain clinical records, client documentation and provide information and report on services delivered
Provide training to relevant staff, including case management, clinical care, wound care and medication administration
What We're Looking For:
Relevant Degree qualifications in Nursing
Current AHPRA registration
Previous experience in the Aged Care sector is desirable but not essential
Able to build trusting, working relationships throughout the organisation to support a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong focus on customer outcomes
