   ProgramsWe offer a range of programs for our Community Based Day Care community: Men's ShedThe Men's Shed has been built and developed to encourage men to continue to work on projects that can only be done in a "Shed" environment. Projects are tailored to an individual to enable participation but staff and volunteers can provide as much help and expertise needed for clients to complete items. Clients, staff and volunteers are encouraged to foster a culture that is inclusive, maintain existing skills and learn new skills. Some items currently being made include wheelbarrows, trays, towel rails, dolls cradles and many others. Items are for sale at the centre and money raised is used to buy new tools / equipment for the shed. We have a team of talented artists involved in the centre who also complete folk art on many items and enhance the great work that is done in the shed. The making of one item can include efforts from many people with differing abilities and level of skills. SwimmingWe run a community swimming group every Tuesday and Friday at the Leisure Centre to enable people to exercise, relax, have fun and enjoy the new facility. FishingOur monthly planning activities includes a Fishing Club where those interested can participate in fishing expeditions. GardeningThe gardens at the centre are maintained by a part time gardener with clients being encouraged to participate in the upkeep and planning for garden beds.
Daily ActivitiesWe offer a wide variety of activities every day including music, cake decorating, quilting, art, cooking and a host of other activities. We also have regular birthday parties for our clients.
