Day Centre
- Available Monday to Saturday, 10am-3:30pm
- Bus transport is available daily to and from the centre.
- Meals provided including morning and afternoon tea, and all cooked daily on site
- An extensive choice of activities is offered daily, with regular outings to local attractions and points of interest
Meal Service
- Meals are available daily at our centre
- A client can access a meal by calling and booking before 9am on the day they wish to come for the meal
- Lunch is at 12 noon and special dietary needs can be accommodated.
Transport Service
- Similar to a taxi, eligible clients can use the transport service to get to places in and around Albany
- Available 7 days per week from 8am–4pm
- Wherever possible bookings need to be made 24 hours before the service is required

Home Maintenance
- Is provided to keep client’s homes and gardens safe and functional
- May include essential repairs or maintenance such as tap washers, smoke alarms, light globes, cleaning gutters, ensuring cords are not a falls risk, clearing pathways, gardening and pruning
- Client’s are advised when a tradesperson is required for major repairs
Domestic Assistance
- This service provides client’s with assistance to complete household tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, bathroom cleaning and other household tasks that a client may have difficulty completing
Social Support
This service assists clients with tasks such as:
- Banking
- Shopping
- Provides social interaction
- And other needs identified at time of support
Carer Respite
- In home respite can be provided to support those in a caring role
- A support worker will care for a client allowing their usual Carer to undertake an activity of their liking and choice without worry
Transport Support Role
- Available to support those renewing their drivers license
- Alternatives to driving can be offered
- Support with the renewal process is available
- Help with appointments
- Options for ongoing transport and resource manual
